We are seeking our next great leader! Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director serves as the chief executive officer and president. DLNHC preserves and celebrates the nationally significant transportation and industrial heritage of the 165 mile corridor and help residents of Bucks, Northampton, Lehigh, Carbon and Luzerne counties connect with the rich industrial heritage and stunning natural environment that combined to provide for the birth of the American Industrial Revolution.

Job Description

DLHNC, Inc. takes a grassroots, community-driven approach (often through public-private partnerships) to heritage preservation, recreation, educational projects, heritage tourism, economic development, and natural resource conservation. In doing so, DLNHC fosters pride of place and an enduring stewardship ethic.

Based in Easton and reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director will be a visionary, providing strategic leadership to set and achieve goals, enhance member and stakeholder engagement, and build relationships, and in doing so, will propel the organization to the next level. They will be able to anticipate or interpret issues to achieve organizational needs and they will be responsible for planning, advocacy, government relations, and financial management, while directing staff activities and programs.
