Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Operate excavators, skid steers, rollers, and other machinery essential for pump track construction.
Interpret and execute engineering plans and construction drawings.
Lead and motivate team members to achieve top productivity and safety.
Adhere to all safety protocols and environmental protection measures.
Communicate professionally with clients and provide progress updates to management.
Maintain high standards of conduct and professionalism at all times.

ROLE REQUIREMENTS

MANDATORY
Extensive experience with construction machinery (excavators, skid steers, rollers).
Current Construction Induction White Card (or ability to obtain).
Willingness to relocate for project duration (relocation assistance provided).
Comfortable living in shared accommodation with team members.
*Must have a valid and current work visa in accordance to visa laws

DESIRABLE:
Experience in mountain bike trail or pump track construction.
Understanding of mountain biking culture.
Trade qualification or experience in construction, landscaping, or civil industries.
First Aid certification.
Unrestricted driver’s licence.
