Gary has been a part-time coordinator with Canton Township for 9 years. He has been a substitute teacher in the Plymouth-Canton School System since graduating with a BS in Education from Eastern Michigan University in 2006. Gary and his family enjoy camping, hiking and travel whenever possible. He created the ‘Canton Celebrates National Trails Day’ event, which takes place along the Lower Rouge Recreational Trail, in 2017 to raise awareness of Canton’s local parks and trail system.
