Lynn Fuhler is the author of two books on festival and event management and has successfully organized and promoted numerous festivals and corporate and community events. She is the former Event Chairman of the all-volunteer Clearwater Jazz Holiday, then the largest free jazz festival in the Southeast US. She also served as the Tourism and Conventions Director of Clearwater and award-winning Clearwater Beach, Florida. Today, Lynn is a principal with Flying Compass. They market travel destinations and serve clients in the tourism, leisure and outdoor recreation industries through project development and management.



A native of Illinois and the greater St. Louis area, Lynn is now based in Winston-Salem, NC. She is currently working on her third book, Secrets to Successful Board Leadership: How Organizational Leadership Can Successfully Guide Nonprofit Management Forward.
