We will compile available information from City departments and partners into ESRI ArcGIS databases and share among City departments and partners, and we will conduct a complete Street Tree Inventory, extensive Natural Area Assessments, and Greenspace Accessibility Assessments within disadvantaged areas of the city to further characterize Atlanta’s urban forest. There will be a strong focus on assessing and mapping trails in Atlanta's natural areas as a core element of accessibility. This information will help us identify and prioritize maintenance needs, tree planning locations, and other priorities for improving the urban forest in disadvantaged areas.
