As the bipartisan Great American Outdoors Act (S. 3422) is scheduled to hit the Senate floor the week of June 8, the cry for increased investment in public lands and outdoor recreation clearly has an audience. Communities throughout the US are seeking to build the path to economic recovery from impacts of COVID-19, and outdoor recreation will be integral.
